When creating a user-account on www.exuli.eu and by using the various databases available on this website you agree that Replay Network (and where necessary its cooperating partners) can use your data for the management of their activities. Replay Network also collects anonymous web statistics to improve its website. Data will be managed by the Replay Network, according to the European Regulation on Privacy (GDPR-2016/679) in Italy. The responsible person titled for data management is Andrea Messori and the contact email is andrea.messori@replaynet.eu

Personal data and contact data transferred in this form will be used only for the use of the EXULI platform and the communication needed for the site functioning. All the data collected during the Erasmus+ KA2 project title EXULI (reference number 2017-2-IT03-KA205-011596) will be erased in the moment the web platform would be no more available. Data related to your account will be maintained only for guaranteeing the access and management of your services on the Exuli platform.

Your data will recorded on behalf of REPLAY NETWORK. In order for REPLAY NETWORK to use the information to provide a correct functioning of the website, you must tick the consent form. The recordings will be used for a maximum of 10 years. The images will be stored in the REPLAY NETWORK media archive, which is available only to organisation staff.
